ANTICSS objectives are to assess and define "circumvention" in order to achieve a better product positioning in relation to EU Ecodesign and Energy labelling legislation and relevant harmonised standards.

Starting  from a full list of those product groups with applied EU Ecodesign and Energy labelling regulations, this document comprises a decision matrix for the definition of the project’s product scope. The next step will be to define the scope in order to focus on product groups being probably relevant for circumvention and thus being further analysed in the subsequent tasks and project activities (Analysis of legislation and harmonized standards for selected product groups and Detailed preparation for the investigation of concrete circumvention cases). Please note that the final list of products in scope will be due in January 2019.
